The LIFE SCIENCE OPEN SPACE 2019 Forum scheduled for 26 November 2019 is an industry event addressed to specialists, enthusiasts and activists working in the broadly understood field of biotechnology and health. Its organizer is the Klaster LifeScience Kraków Foundation.
This is another edition of the event that has managed to make a name for itself as an industry event worth attending to. This year, the organizers invite you to EXPO Kraków (ul. Galicyjska 9), where you can meet people open to cooperation and looking for partners to develop innovative ventures in various fields – from food, medicine, pharmacy and the environment to IT, construction, transport, leisure and others.
Networking will be just one of many parts of the Forum program. The agenda prepared by the LifeScience Kraków Cluster consists of the following four modules:
• cooperation – that is, short presentations regarding the needs or possibilities of establishing cooperation under scientific, research and development, startup and business projects;
• inspirations – an evening of attractions, each of which is designed to inspire intellectually and emotionally, show opportunities and stimulate action;
• partnering – an opportunity to meet 1: 1 with potential partners to present and discuss an offers, ideas or needs;
• exhibition – space for the presentation of products and services at company and design stands.
“Our Forum creates a common platform for ideas and opportunities, cooperation and competition. Their goal is to apply knowledge and technology through innovation and entrepreneurship to solve current and future problems. We also want the Forum organization to help take advantage of opportunities related to civilization challenges and the constantly growing pace of life” – says Cluster Managing Director Kazimierz Murzyn.
An important aspect of the Forum is the possibility of active participation – not only as a recipient, but also as a speaker. To this end, one should submit a presentation on the topics proposed by the Organizers (including printed health, medical robotics, social innovation and bioeconomy). The authors of the most interesting presentations will have the opportunity to appear in front of the gathered auditorium.
It is also possible to submit projects for special sessions covering the following areas: Digital Health – Center for Personalized Computational Medicine, Career, StartUp Scene and Business Development.
