KIELTYKA GLADKOWSKI WILL PARTICIPATE IN THE TRAINING ORGANISED BY KRAKOW TECHNOLOGY PARK

We are pleased to announce that on May 11, 2021 KG Legal Kiełtyka Gładkowski Law firm will take part in the training “Support for business from Polish and European funds in 2021 and the Polish investment zone”. The event is organised by the Kraków Technology Park and its subject matter will focus, among others, on the issues related to reconstruction and support of Polish business from domestic and European funds. During the training the following topics will also be discussed: the legal basis for the activities in the Polish Investment Zone (PSI) and the National Reconstruction Programme.

The National Reconstruction Programme was created to support and rebuild the economy in the newly emerging, post-pandemic times. It is based on a system of grants and loans given to entrepreneurs who are struggling with a new, often more difficult financial situation.

The event consists of two parts. The first part is devoted to the topic of business support in 2021 from European and Polish funds. This part will focus on the National Reconstruction Program, as well as horizontal EU programs and new EU budget perspectives.

The second part of the training will focus on the Polish investments – participants will be able to gain valuable information on topics such as: the basis of activities in the Polish Investment Zone, settlement of costs and revenues from taxable and exempt activities, and many others.
