The lawyers of KIELTYKA GLADKOWSKI KG LEGAL had the honour to participate in the 10th Anniversary Meeting of the BioLaw Europe organization in Copenhagen, Denmark, on 23-25 May 2024.

The meeting of BioLaw focused on cross border cooperation between the organisation’s members and exchange of views on current updates in respective jurisdictions.
Important points of the meeting concerned:
– the transfer of the organization from Denmark to Switzerland, Zurich;
– BioLawEurope Joint Publication Proposal: New Edition of “Drafting Agreements in the Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Industries” by Mark, Anderson Law;
– an in-depth analysis of Member States implications of the Polpharma S.A. v European Medicines Agency case T-611/18 discussed in 2023 in Vienna – presented by Ombeline Degrèze-Péchade, Cabinet Schertenleib;
– current updates on the implementation and clients’ need within ESG regulations regarding life sciences clients and regulatory market, discussed and presented by Igor Pieš & Eliška Toušková, Kastner & Pieš
– analysis of selected aspects of new technologies in regulatory matters within medical devices and medicinal products, including borderline products, digital therapies, data transfers, presented by the lawyers of KIELTYKA GLADKOWSKI
