KIELTYKA GLADKOWSKI WILL PARTICIPATE IN ITECHLAW WEBINAR “NEGOTIATING CLOUD COMPUTING CONTRACTS”

On May 18, 2021 KG Legal Kiełtyka Gładkowski is taking part in the live webinar “Negotiating Cloud Computing Contracts Hosted by Technology Sourcing Committee” conducted by ITechLaw Technology Sourcing Committee.

The main topic of the event will be a discussion about pragmatic ways to negotiate the cloud computing contracts including the often tricky aspect of audit rights. Hosted speakers will explain the concerns of cloud vendors and customers and provide practical guidance about what provisions may be negotiable, and how to manage and mitigate risks, especially around those provisions which cloud vendors rarely move on. The participants will be able to learn how far cloud vendors are willing to go to address regulatory requirements for customers of cloud services to ensure that customers and/or the relevant regulator have a right to conduct audits. Invited speakers are valued lawyers specialized in technology law.

We are pleased to announce that on May 11, 2021 KG Legal Kiełtyka Gładkowski Law firm will take part in the training “Support for business from Polish and European funds in 2021 and the Polish investment zone”. The event is organised by the Kraków Technology Park and its subject matter will focus, among others, on the issues related to reconstruction and support of Polish business from domestic and European funds. During the training the following topics will also be discussed: the legal basis for the activities in the Polish Investment Zone (PSI) and the National Reconstruction Programme.

KIELTYKA GLADKOWSKI TAKES PART IN WORKSHOPS FOR ENTREPRENEURS INTERESTED IN DEVELOPING ONLINE SALES AND EXPANDING THEIR ACTIVITIES INTO FOREIGN MARKETS

KG Legal founding partners, Małgorzata Kiełtyka and Jakub Gładkowski are participating in a workshop dedicated to the development of online sales and expansion of business activities into foreign markets, including the US market. The workshops which will take place on May 11, 2021 are conducted as part of the American Investor Desk programs, supported by Google and Polish Development Fund.

The Legal 500`s online meeting “The future of law and business in Hong Kong” which for Polish entrepreneurs is the jurisdiction of tax optimization based on transfer prices within the meaning of Council Directive (EU) 2017/1852

On May 5, 2021 at 4 pm Hong Kong time there took place a discussion panel devoted to the future of law and business in Hong Kong (link to the Videoconference Panel). The virtual meeting was chaired by legal experts, including:
